We are excited by the general release of Copilot for Microsoft 365 for small and medium businesses. This productivity tool is now available to help you streamline your work and enhance your creativity, productivity and skills. We believe this will be a game changer for many small and medium businesses.
Microsoft surveyed users given early access to access Copilot for Microsoft 365, which revealed:
- 70% of users became more productive
- 64% of users spent less time managing email
- 71% of users spent less time on boring and mundane tasks
- 75% of users spent less time searching for information and routine files.
Copilot for Microsoft 365 integrates ChatGPT into Microsoft 365 Apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Copilot for Microsoft 365 securely accesses email and data contained within your Microsoft 365 environment, allowing it to provide more customised responses that will save users time and help to reduce the amount of mundane and repetitive work. While it is early days for Copilot for Microsoft 365, early indications are that this will empower users to be more engaged and productive, and allow businesses to do more with less.
Copilot for Microsoft 365 can be purchased as an add-on to your subscription if you are using either Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium. There is no longer any minimum number of licences required, meaning a business can buy as little as a single licence and test it out.
